I love the way she talks about food and how she is honest about her passion and somehow she transmits her passion of life.. she makes food a love to be embraced not something to be ashamed of.. just watch her in her clips and how she makes cooking and a full figured woman look soooo sexy and seductive ( inviting to just enter her world and her passion of what pleasure lies ahead by stimulating your taste buds in such a way that its passion on a plate) .. I have heard men talk about her that she is very very sexy to them, one of them I heard with my own ears would love to be feed by her.. and she really does embrace the fact that we heard most of our life " the way to a mans heart is through his stomach " I think if any of us women just talk about food and make it the way she does who wouldn't want to be feed by our hands as well.. I am a big fan of Madonna and Timbaland.. just look at her as energetic as a man half her age.. She really proved that age has nothing to do with it.. I do acknowledge that money has A LOT TO DO WITH IT!!!! but still she puts a lot of effort to keep on top of the game.. I like watching her always and she has always been a good entertainer.. always has a fresh look and a new sound. I still remember my first cassette of Madonna and my father shouting every time I place it that the words are very inappropriate but I didn't care Madonna was cool and till now she still is.

Hi everyone.. I am glad to see that still from time to time even though I have been away some of my friends are still checking my blog..
I have missed you ALL!!! so much and I have missed my blog even more..
I have been very busy at work and studying from morning till night and have only been coming home straight to sleep...
and when I have a free time my mind is blank doesnt want to even utter a word out.. lol..
But I do really miss my blog everything these days is only surrounding my work and specialty only.. my blog was the other side of me who is not a doctor.. it was about my other intrests in life..
I will try to at least from now on make time once a week to share something with all of you.. the count down for my exam is coming soon too.. so any free time will be given to that as well.. but I will in my breaks try to write something..

What is important in life? is it life it self or is it how you lived life?

In my vision after all the disappointments and triumphs that I have been through.. its how you lived your life may it be short or long.. but what does a person conceder a good life.. what does a person when you close your eyes forever what would be the last thought the last memory the last vision you see go though your mind before there is that forever moment of silence.. before you are not of this earth no more..
Is it what you thought it was important ? did you live the way you defined a happy life or did you live it as how other people define it?.. what you were suppose to do suppose to live... was your life defined by others or did you really make it your own..
Were you loved or were you hated?.. is how you were remembered important is it really the legacy that you leave behind? does it mean that way you have lived on?
Questions that no one will know till you see that last vision go through your eyes..
If you only had a few months to live do you think your opinion about what important in life changes? would you really see your triumphs as triumphs or your failures as failures or would you think that all that was silly to waist your precious life on? did you live your life selfishly stepping on people all the way telling your self that your life is the only thing that matters or if you gave love to others and you will missed because you loved and was loved is at the end was what really did matter?
To me living life going through its motions answering my animalistic needs isn't what life was all about... I dont think that the last vision would be what you roboticly did, eat, drink, sleep, had sex, worked... it wouldn't be the things you done going through the motions.. it would be the feelings that made you happy the faces of the people you will miss and who will miss you.. the love that you have given and the love that you have received.. it would not be of the person you just slept with or ate with or had a drink with.. it would be of the people who you loved and loved you.. that is the real essence of the life you lived that is what you leave behind and what you will take with you even in your silence...

Life and the secrets we hide....

I found this so captivating because it makes you think how big sometimes the things that we cant admit to others and sometimes not even to our selves.. thats why some people embed it deep into their subconscious... but when you finally do tell a secret that sometimes hunts you thats when the other person finally has a window deep down into your soul.. but I think we all are afraid of being judged what ever we say to other people that we dont care or how ever much we deny it even sometimes to our selves the secret that we keep is that small hidden window that we keep so securely locked with in.. so are you afraid of your secrets.. how much does it eat you inside and need to share it.. do you think that it might relive a little of its burden like the need of these people to share even to complete strangers...

Fun Lilliy Wed Night YouTube Selection The Movie " Great Expectations"

So this film and the original Charles Dickens master piece book is one of my favorites.. when I was a teenager I read all of his books.. and this movie was the first time I was really fascinated by a modern version of a classic.. It was full and vivid with the story telling .. I loved that it combines.. Art, dance, and passion.. with complexity of human emotions.. I think I saw this movie like a hundred times and all the actors capture your heart from Finn the love sick boy fascinated with the world of the rich to his care taker who still loved him even though Finn was ashamed of him.. The use of the green color in the background and clothing made a live feeling even Stella's shielded icy heart.. Its almost a fantasy but still real somehow and modern. I love it.. so now thanks to you tube I am sharing it with you.

Cloud Number Nine.....

I remember this song.. it brings the most wonderful memories .. I used to play the whole CD Bryan Adams " on a day like today" every time I went to the beach and on the beach... cloud number nine is my favorite on that CD
It was 1999..
I love the beach and the sea.. the sound of the sea is soothing and dreamy to me.. I love snorkeling there is amazing underwater sea life in The Red Sea that you can just get lost watching it underwater on a bright sunny day on one of the beach resorts in Jedd.. Sun, sand and water are my ultimate favourite things in the world.. The Red Sea is beautiful if you know where to go..
It was my weekend tradition.. we .. my friends and I get up early morning on the weekend and gather to meet at the resort for a day on the beach.. I used to pass by and get Hot Tamis ( its delicious afghan bread made on a stone oven ) , creamy yellow cheese, and a cooler full of soft drinks and water... we eat breakfast together.. then rest a little start chatting away and playing our favorite music with our sunglasses and sun blocks on.. then who ever wants to start scuba diving they would gear up, the rest slowly start getting into the water swim and snorkel.. I like snorkeling because I used to hate to gear up for scuba diving and by the shore you still enjoy a lot of the sea life.. then some head out to get lunch after we all settle .. the cycle is reapeated again.. by sunset we all gather up together and watch the sunset.. which is just amazing..
At night we sit around talk, play music dance and the grill starts going we have dinner and then gather our things, head home totally exhausted, clean up and have the most peaceful sleep ever still with the sound of the waves vivid in my ears and the smell of the sea calming me down..
I haven't been able to enjoy any beach or water activities in the past 3 years..
Now I finally feel that I am home again and some of those memories are becoming reality again..
So I want to share with you some of my pleasant time.
